Cadence was recently named one of the best selling master planned communities in the U.S. It’s located in Henderson and boasts many amenities. The master planned community has a 50 acre Central Park, perfect for walking and biking and includes free wifi (that alone has us sold). There are splash pads, a pool, adventure park, trails, dog park and a free bike share program just to name a few amenities Cadence offers. Also, if you decide to venture outside of the master planned community, you’re nearby Lake Las Vegas, Galleria Mall, The District and Cowabunga Water Park. One of the main reasons I am crazy about Cadence is the fact that many of the home builders offer ranch style homes with a variety of unique floor plans.
As a Las Vegas Realtor, I often hear how hard it is to find a single story home. The demand for a single story home is higher than a two-story home and the re sale value reflects that. I personally have always gravitated towards two story homes, yet I was pleasantly surprised when I saw two ranch models by Richmond American. They both had me considering abandoning my dislike for ranch homes. I recommend, because of the many builders and floor plan options to make sure you are accompanied by your Realtor when you visit Cadence. It can be somewhat overwhelming to decided which community is best for you. With that being said, the two floor plans I would make sure are on your list is the “Arabelle” at Toccata and “Dominic” at Encore.
The Arabelle starts at $327,000 and is approximately 1910 square ft. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This floor plan is perfect for anyone that loves lots of space to relax and entertain. The many windows allow a lot of natural light to come in, and a large center island perfect for the family. Dominic is approximately 2,250 square ft. and starts at $395,000. It has three bedrooms with an optional fourth bedroom. The Dominic has a formal dinning area that is perfect for those large holiday gatherings, and it features a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast nook. The master bedroom is off of the covered patio area and away from the other bedrooms, making it a serene retreat. As a Las Vegas Native, who has lived all over Las Vegas, its exciting to see all the growth happening around the valley. For now, I will try not to order the moving truck and relocate to Henderson just yet, seeing how I just recently bought a new home, but I can’t say for how long with all the amazing new communities .
